If for some reason I'm off on the whole "Christian" thing & the Hindus or Buddhists (or both, whichever) are right about reincarnation, I wanna come back as a pet in my own household.

Wow, I don't blame you! Great pics! Of course the problem with that plan is that there'll be no ROOM for you! A few of your pets have some serious tongues. That one of the cat by the sink is hilarious. (And a little scary if you're me and don't do cats.)
Fix the date stamp. Don't make me come over there.
S fixed it.
Wow, that was fast! She must be really scared I'll actually come over there!
"Tell her I fixed it! TELL HER!!"

This is the problem I'm having with the Herriot book: It's enjoyable, but every chapter is a new story, so it's easy for me to put it down when one ends. I like an ongoing story to propel me through a book. Ya know? I'm missing the 'what's gonna happen next?' element.
There's some continuity, more so in the later books. Especially after Helen (his wife)comes on the scene.
So are the later books a continuation of this one? Does he meet Helen in this one?
Here's a question for you. Now, I don't know..maybe pets are like kids and you can't choose a favorite. (I've never had more than one.) But do you have a favorite pet amongst all those beautys? As a bystander, I think I like Bo-Bo. Bobo? Not sure how you spell it.
Harriet meets her near the tail end of the first book. Yuk Yuk!
It's a tough call. Yoda kinda adopted me as HER fave, so I'm kinda partial to her. Buster & Bobo are such good boys it's hard to have a favorite there. They've all got their own personalities and good & bad points I guess.
I may have em mixed up. Which is the black and white with the big tongue?
That's Buster. And yes, he's a favorite to most.
Well no wonder..he's adorable. Course he's no Rox, but ya know...who is?
Yes, there's only one Roxie. Stil think it's funny yall gotta make her snow paths.
Wait till we get her doggy steps so she can get on the bed.
Pitiful.
Roxie resents that. It's not her fault she's the size of a cat but can't leap like one.
What's up with the boy riding the ostrich? lol. Halloween, I hope?
I will send ya my doggie steps, I bought them for Pootie the Schnauzer but she wont use them. She thinks they are beneath her and looks at them with disdain.
Ha..nothing's beneath Roxie. Literally. Nothing'll fit beneath her.
A dog with tude..go figure.
Just wondering if you were gonna do a golf post!
I forgot to take my camera or I would.
Gotta another one planned that's as big as the State a Texas tho!
